In case of damaged goods from our services or for tear of products, clients have to submit us proof in order to get free replacement. If no proof submitted we will not offer free replacement. Only exchanged allowed. No refund at all for any reason. Refund Policy
Full exchange available for products upon valid video/photo proof submissions. No replacements after 7 days of delivery.
All refund reason due to free gift we send wont be acceptable. Like you do not like the free gift or etc reasons. Its Free, and non refundable.
If refund shall be given in any cases, will be in form of store credit only. Only if eligible as per policies.
Prepaid Order Delivery Failed Policy
If order fails to get reach to you in 1st attempt, we will send you order via different courier. We will also make 3 attempts on each time we send to you.
If order fails when we send you shipment second time too, we will refund you money, if its our fault.
Else In case of address fault, pin fault, consignee not available or any other reason with user’s fault we will charge 150 Rs Delivery fees and refund remaining amount to you.
